Please be aware that it is your responsibility to have your pets fully up to date on required vaccinations. By having your pet groomed with WALLYWOOD Pet Spa, you acknowledge responsibility for having your pet vaccinated in case of a bite.

If this is your first time being groomed with us, please provide a signed copy at the time of your groom.
